The 2024 vintage blends organically-farmed (ECOCERT) Grenache, Syrah, and Cinsault, sourced from vineyards tempered by the Mediterranean. A gentle maceration prior to fermentation gives the wine its signature pale hue.
Aromas of strawberry, citrus peel, and a hint of fresh rainfall lead to a palate of white cherry and sea breeze. Crisp acidity, kissed with salinity, evokes sunlit beachside days.
