Queue de Loup, the tail of the wolf, is a rose made from 95% Brianna and 5% La Crescent steeped on Marquette skins and La Crescent skins from the Vergennes vineyard. Handpicked from early September through late October, fermented whole cluster for two days then destemmed and foot crushed. Spontaneous yeast fermentation and rested on fine lees in fiber vessels, on the skins for an additional three months.
