Bourbon
Bourbon is America's [arguably] most favorite and iconic domestic spirit. It is produced from a fermented mash of no less than 51% corn and stored in newly charred white oak barrels.
A bourbon is labeled "straight" if it has been in the prescribed oak type for a minimum of 2 years.
